First issued in 1987, the Britannia is one of the world's most recognised bullion coins, featuring the iconic image of Britannia on the reverse. The Royal Mint's advanced anti-counterfeiting technology is built into every coin.
VAT: Exempt — investment-grade gold coins are VAT-free under UK law.
Capital Gains Tax: As UK legal tender, it is exempt from Capital Gains Tax for UK residents, regardless of the size of the gain.

Collection
Orders are collected in person from our London studio. Once your payment has cleared we will contact you to arrange a collection appointment, and responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are handed over.
Please bring photographic ID matching the name on the order. Your metal is held in our insured vault until you collect it.
Please be aware that IBV Gold Online cannot accommodate third-party collections.
Cancellations & Returns
Once you place an order, you cannot cancel it. We do not currently accept returns, however, you may be able to sell your investment products back to IBV Gold at the current buy-back rate.
